➯ ecological Services
Today’s land acquisition and development activities can be complex with uncertainties regarding natural resource elements. Whether the issue is Wetlands, Habitat Evaluation or Protected Listed Species Inventories, we can identify and inventory those elements and provide accurate due diligence assessments for any landform.
➯ Construction Management and coordination
If a client finds he needs to be absent, we will provide Post Permit Assistance including onsite monitoring to assure the project is moving forward efficiently. We can also provide NPDES assistance and serve as a liaison between the client, contractor and any pertinent agency that may have authority in the post permit phase.
➯ Land use services
Our land use component is frequently combined with our ecological services and considers current land use, Land Use Rezonings and proposed development. We have been instrumental in completing countless Development Feasibility Assessments from single family lots to Planned Unit Developments. Our assessments provide the client with an accurate due diligence “Go or No Go” opinion for a diverse array of projects.

Getting through the local, state and federal regulatory maze can be daunting, but we serve as a clearinghouse for all regulatory permitting including docks and Marinas, Shoreline Protection structures and habitat impacts which includes Compensatory Mitigation Plans. Our firm also conducts Environmental Site Assessment Phase I Audits which are applicable to farms, plantations, commercial and industrial applications as a due diligence service.

We specialize in marine and freshwater water qualitative and quantitative topics including Water Quality Monitoring Studies, Seagrass Surveys, Benthic Sampling and other submerged features occasionally requiring SCUBA. These topics often integrate with the processing of marinas and dock permitting activities and construction.

Occasionally it is necessary to litigate cases involving environmental issues.
